I promise you I started yesterday's post and just never got to completing it. I guess socializing, school, applications, and studying got in my way. Accept my apologies please?
I've learned this blog is just as much about me as it is for you. For you, it's a way to follow along as I learn, explore, struggle, and grow in London. Oh, and see the occasional pictures. For me, this blog is a way to remember the insignificant and major parts of my study abroad experience. I cannot wait to look back and see how much I grew and learned over this experience. I hope you enjoy reading this as much as I love sharing!
My Tuesday consisted of two classes, an interview, a fight with my cell phone company, soccer, cleaning, and reading. Not much relaxing time was to be had yesterday and sometimes, that's just the way I like it.
Let's talk about phones for a second. This darling company Three is the supplier of my phone service. I do a pay-as-you-go plan, which allows me unlimited data. YAY! But "topping up"? Massive headache. I accidentally bought the wrong plan but the lovely company here does not give you a "review your order" page. So unbeknownst to me, I spent £10 more... or $15. I immediately called the company and after a bit of arguing, got some money back.
I am grateful for the data, as I can use Google Maps as much as necessary and find places to eat, see, or look up the Tube map. I'll miss you when I return home, unlimited data.
But other than that, it was a typical day. Worked hard and did my daily college things. Today's update will be a bit more in depth, as I'm headed to class right now. Happy Wednesday friends- see you all in 79 days!
