Welll... it's Friday & we're at the airport awaiting our flight to ... PARIS.

Yesterday, we explored the Tower of London. I hadn't gone yet & saved the experience to share with the girls. It was so cool! It's more of a fort than anything.

We got to see the Crown Jewels finally! Wow, they're extravagant. I could never handle something quite that large sitting on my head. Sadly, pictures are not allowed so I have none to share with you... but - you can Google!

We got to see the old parts of the tower, built almost 1,000 years ago. Crazy to think that some of the places (a lot, actually) that we see abroad are older than America is as a country.

After our hours spent exploring the tower, we headed to the infamous Harrods for afternoon tea. Harrods is an extravagant department store with themed escalators & every top brand you can think of.

We had our tea, scones, finger sandwiches & desserts. Their food is delicious & decorated adorably, just in time for Easter. We then explored some of the store & I headed off to class.

We met up after my class to hang out for a bit & head to sleep- prepping for our early flight today. So here we are- half asleep in Heathrow Airport awaiting our boarding call. (Boarding is supposed to close in 15 minutes & no one has boarded yet....)

Off on another 36 hour adventure!
